1. complete trust or confidence in someone or something.
Do you believe that you have super powers? As weird as this question may sound, take the time to actually think about it. Do you feel like you have the power to do things, the power to move people, the power to speak to things? For example, I personally feel like I have Gods anointing on me which allows me to minister to other people. Gods anointing comes from God who is a higher “POWER” which means the anointing on me is power from God.
Now with that example think of this. If you were walking on a trail and there was a mountain in your path, do you believe that you have the power to move it? You’re probably like “yeah I have power but not enough to move a mountain” LOL. But with the power God gave you, you can do anything. However, you can have all the power in the world but if YOU don’t believe you can move that mountain then that mountain will not move. This is called faith. Believing that you can do anything that God already gave you the “okay” to. That power or anointing is your “okay”. Your faith can move mountains and your doubt can create them. God will personally assign you a mountain just to show others that it can be moved. So when your dealing with a situation and you just feel like “okay why me?”…. Why aren’t things working out in my favor? Why are bad things happening to me? Why is my blessing taking so long to come? What you need to know is that God will let you walk into uncomfortable situations where all you can do is rely on him. So don’t be anxious because he’s about to show you how faithful he is. He’s about to show you that you have to work for what you want and have patience doing it. You have to know that nothing happens over night and nothing is just handed to you . The bible says Faith without works is DEAD. It won’t work.
Having Faith isn’t easy when your surrounded by so many worldly things that aren’t of God. There are so many things that will try and knock you off your focus. So many mountains and walls that you may have to climb. But stay faithful. God has a purpose for your pain, a reason for your struggle and a reward for your faithfulness. So whatever it is that you may be working towards, trust him and don’t give up. As scary as it may get, let your faith be bigger than your fear.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe, and have faith that everything will work out in your favor.
